Aptilo Network’s  headquarter is located in Stockholm in the popular “Globe Arena” area. Aptilo is now looking for a dedicated Key Account Manager at our Stockholm office to work with named, strategically valuable and important large customers in the Scandinavian region.

The job as a Key Account Manager at Aptilo is very varied. You will probably soon be one of the people at Aptilo with the best insight into the needs of our customers. You will also have great opportunities to influence customers’ attitudes to Aptilo, becoming one of our most important faces outward. Therefore, this role is very important and you must have a genuine willingness and ability to interact with other people and meet our customers in a professional way.

The position, overall:

Key Account Manager for large customer accounts in Scandinavia. Ensure a good business relationship with turnover and profit responsibility in the longer term. Identify the needs of the customers and make sure they are met. The Key Account Manager will report to the Corporate Head of Sales.

 Job description and responsibilities:

  • Interaction and relationship building with customers at different levels
  • Sales work towards customers
  • Responsible for answering and managing customer requests and procurements
  • Customer meetings, quotations and contractual work
  • Crafting and pitching engaging and educational presentations, prospects and showcases
  • Responsible for budgets, revenue goals, financial outcomes and strategic plans
  • Establishing and executing key account plans
  • Identify and generate new market and product opportunities
  • The role also includes linking the right people externally at the customers with the right people internally at Aptilo 

Educational requirements:

Applicants must have a university or a postgraduate degree, or equivalent, in business administration, engineering or sales.

Skills required:

  • 3 + years’ experience of Key Account Management or Sales to large organizations
  • Experience or understanding of the Telecom industry
  • Be able to work independently and in teams
  • Demonstrate a professional, energetic and driving attitude
  • Proven ability to be structured and organized
  • Experience of project management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong ability to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
  • Fluent Swedish and English both orally and in writing
  • As a person you have a positive outlook, enthusiasm, resourcefulness and a strong internal drive
  • You strive for a good partnership with customers

 Skills that are desirable:

  • Experience of complex solution sales
  • Technology interest in and understanding of mobile networks and Telecom
