STOCKHOLM – One of the Caribbean’s largest all-inclusive resorts is giving guests a first-class experience with Wi-Fi services enabled by Aptilo Networks.
Working with a service provider in the region, Aptilo deployed the Aptilo Service Management Platform™ (SMP) to provide carrier class Wi-Fi for guests and employees throughout the resort’s 15 locations.
Guests login to the service through a branded web portal tailored to the resort property. This portal can be customized on-the-fly to reflect events or activities happening at the resort. Aptilo SMP “remembers” users for the duration of their stay, eliminating the hassle of multiple logins.
The Wi-Fi is seamlessly integrated with the hotels’ property management systems (PMS). This allows guests to bill Wi-Fi services back to their room.
Aptilo SMP also manages bandwidth throughout the resorts, ensuring fast Internet speeds.
